Our calculations are based on minimum/contract wages act. Any hike of minimum/contract wages in contractual period will attract t he agreement and supersede all previous charges agreed. Any Negotiations or discrepancies in total value as per Act may lead to less payments on legal heads (Excluding Service Charges & Service Tax)on clients behalf. Initial contract will be signed for 12 months before commencement of services and will be renewed before one month of expiry date through exchanging letters. No services will be started until unless work order issued in advance of one week or at least before 3 working days. Stationery will be provided by client to maintain the documents (Registers, papers,
pens& pencils etc,.) Either parties will not absorb or offer each others employees into their organizations directly or indirectly. In such case they shall complete three months from the date of resignation Letter. Client shall provide proper area for storage of material /eqiupment to avoid loss of material. Needs 'n' Willswill submit the invoice on or before 3 days of completion of attendance cycle and client will make the payments within seven working days after date of submission of Invoice
Needs 'n' Willswill not be responsible for any such issues which may occur due to delay payments
From clients. Needs 'n' Willshave all rights to replace the employees with suitable replacement.There will be no deductions entertained in wages of employees. In such case there will be a proper and valid deduction note will be issued by the client. And Needs will use the same for its audit ( ESI/PF/Service Tax) exemptions. Any deductions from client will be intimated to Needs 'n' Willsbefore making payments to employees. No deductions will be accepted after disbursing monthly payments to staff.
